ARMOUR EPOXY ZINC SILICATE PRIMER is a premium quality, high-build, zinc-rich primer that provides sacrificial cathodic protection to steel. With a high metallic zinc content in a tough epoxy binder, it delivers long-term corrosion resistance for heavy-duty structural steel exposed to severe industrial and marine environments.

APPLICATION
Mixing
Blast clean the steel surface to Sa 2.5 for optimum profile and adhesion. Mix Base and Hardener in the recommended 4:1 ratio and stir the zinc dust thoroughly to avoid settling. Apply by airless spray, brush or roller within the pot life to achieve the specified dry film thickness.
